Elle 18 Color Pops Lipstick Berry Crush comes in a classic black coloured plastic packaging with the trademark image of a girl’s face on it. The shade number and name is mentioned on the base of the lipstick. However, the packaging is not colour coordinated so, it will be difficult to identify the shade that you are looking for.

Moreover, there is no ingredient list mentioned. I have checked the website as well for the ingredient list but unfortunately, it is not mentioned there as well. Overall, at the price point of 120/- nothing fancy can be expected, the packaging is ok and travel-friendly. However, the sad part is that I received lipstick with a broken bullet so, I need to fix this or I will apply it with the help of a brush.

My Experience With Elle 18 Color Pops Lipstick Berry Crush

The shade Berry Crush is a purplish shade. When I checked the shade, it looked quite dark in the bullet so, I was not sure how it will look on me. However, on the lips, it looks dark mauve in colour that can be worn on daily basis. According to me, this shade will suit more on fair and wheatish skin tones but it can wash out darker skin tones.

The lipstick has a moisturizing column of cocoa butter in the middle that helps in keeping the lips moisturized and soft. It is creamy and very soft in texture so, glides very easily on the lips. The lipstick is quite pigmented and can easily hide pigmented lips.

Let’s talk about the staying power of the lipstick. The lipstick is neither smudge-proof nor transfer-proof and it stays for 2-3 hours on the lips. It has a bubble gummy fragrance that stays for long however, I don’t like this fragrance at all.

Overall, Elle 18 Color Pops Lipstick Berry Crush is a nice dark mauvish shade, very affordable, very moisturizing and is apt for the winter season. So, I would definitely recommend buying this lipstick.
