Palmers Natural Fusions is a collection created for the naturalists who love to make some DIYs for hair and this range includes 8 products with ethically and sustainably sourced ingredients. The range is free of parabens, sulphates, phthalates, mineral oil, gluten, animal-derived ingredients and there is no animal testing either. I have with me two products from this collection – one is this clarifying shampoo and the other is Palmers Natural Fusions Lavender Rose Water Conditioner. The bottle bears all the product-related details on it. However, the packaging is quite big and is not travel-friendly.

My Experience With Palmers Natural Fusions Micellar Rose Water Clarifying Shampoo

The shampoo is transparent and has a medium consistency. It has an intoxicating flowery fragrance that I absolutely loved and this fragrance stays in hair for a day. However, it is not that strong and will not induce a headache.

The usage directions say to apply the shampoo directly on the scalp and I followed the directions. The shampoo due to its flowy consistency spreads easily on the scalp and hair. However, it doesn’t lather much and we often associate this to the inefficiency of the shampoo. But this is not the case. There is a proper way of using sulphate-free shampoo so, please read on to know more.

How To Use This Sulphate-Free Shampoo?

Wet your hair thoroughly before the application of shampoo. Use less product and apply more water, the water will help in activating the shampoo and it will work to clean your hair without foaming up much. Use the shampoo twice as it will help to lift out impurities, dirt and oil and cleanse your hair. Moreover, when you will shampoo the second time, it will lather up more easily. Rinse your hair thoroughly and follow-up with a conditioner. This is the right way of using sulphate-free shampoo and that is how I use it.

Efficacy Of Palmers Natural Fusions Micellar Rose Water Clarifying Shampoo

The shampoo contains micelles that attract dirt and oil and help in drawing out impurities from hair. The rose water present in the shampoo helps in washing away the build-up and hydrates as well. The shampoo does the job of cleansing effectively without stripping my hair of natural oils. My hair don’t feel dry and I absolutely love how bouncy and lively my hair look after using this shampoo.

Overall, I absolutely loved this fresh clean smelling clarifying shampoo as it is light, gentle and does its job of cleansing really well making hair squeaky clean without drying them.

Not So Good About Palmers Natural Fusions Micellar Rose Water Clarifying Shampoo

• The packaging is big and so is not travel-friendly. Other than that there is nothing that I dislike about the product.
