It is provided with an orange coloured flip open cap that shuts tightly thereby preventing product-spillage. All the product-related details are mentioned on the backside of the tube. Overall, the packaging looks nice and is travel-friendly as well.

My Experience With Fair & Lovely Ayurvedic Care Face Wash With Kumkumadi Oil

The face wash appears slightly yellowish in colour. It has a thick, transparent gel-like texture and has a flowery fragrance that vanishes after the application.

A pea-sized amount of the product is enough for one-time use. Just take the product in your palm and by adding a little water, make some froth and apply it to your moist face. The face wash lathers well and spreads easily on the face. It is effective in removing dirt, excess oil and impurities from the skin. Post washing, the skin feels squeaky clean. I have combination skin and my t-zone is oily whereas the areas around my mouth are dry. This face wash controls oil for around 1-2 hours but it makes the dry areas around my mouth feel a little stretchy. So, according to me, it may not be suitable for people with extremely dry skin type. However, it didn’t cause any irritation or redness on my sensitive skin so, people with sensitive skin types can easily use this.

Fair & Lovely Ayurvedic Care Face Wash also claims to offer glowing skin however, it doesn’t fulfill that claim. It does help in deep cleansing thereby making the skin look clean and clear however, doesn’t add any glow to the face.
