This is because it helps you check in with your hunger levels. For example – Opting for shelled pistachios rather than the deshelled ones will help you to slow down your snacking and the shells also leave a visual cue to remind you how much you have eaten.
7. Try To Indulge In At Least One Form of Exercise
It is commonly heard that people don’t have time and cannot even afford to take out 10 minutes from their busy schedules for themselves. Please don’t give this excuse to yourself and indulge in one form of exercise. For example – go for 20 minutes of brisk walking. This will help in boosting your metabolism and will burn some calories.
