Moda Cosmetics Velvet Lipstick comes in a black coloured casing with the branding done in silver on the cap. The cap shuts with the click sound making the lipstick travel-friendly. The lower portion of the lipstick represents the actual shade of the lipstick so, it becomes really easy to identify the shade. The shade number can be seen at the base of the lipstick. Overall, the packaging is very simple and travel-friendly.

My Experience With Moda Cosmetics Velvet Lipstick – 115

The shade 115 is a beautiful mauvish n*de shade. Enriched with Vitamin E, the lipstick has a very creamy texture and glides on the lips very easily. Moreover, it is richly pigmented and requires 2-3 swipes to get the bold pout. In addition, it can hide pigmented lips easily and gives good colour pay off. The best part about this lipstick is that it keeps the lips moisturized, soft and supple. So, it is perfect for those having dry lips. It settles into shiny velvety finish and is apt for the winter season.

The shade 115 is a perfect shade for everyday wear and you can also wear it for your office. Being creamy in texture, the lipstick is not smudge-proof and transfer-proof. However, it is water-resistant and will not bleed on coming in contact with water.

Staying Power

The lipstick stays for 3-4 hours without disturbing. It cannot survive meals and needs re-application. But it is so comfortable on the lips and moisturizes them so effectively that I love to wear it during winters.
