This cream comes in a mirror finished, very sophisticated packaging with the colour scheme of gold and white. The packaging is truly a love at first sight. It comes encased inside a white carton with the layer of styrofoam fitted inside it. The white cardboard box has all the information printed on the backside.

Talking about the palette – it comprises of three compartments. The biggest one is for the foundation and the other two compartments are for orange and yellow correctors. A mirror is also attached to the lid for easy application thus, making it quite handy.

Shade

MyGlamm Total Makeover FF Cream comes in three shades – Light, Medium and Dusky which are quite apt for the skin shades available in India. As I have a wheatish complexion so I fall under the shade Medium. The best feature about the foundation is that it doesn’t end up looking ashy.

Light Shade Palette – It is suitable for the fair, beige or light complexions that means for the cool skin tones. It has hints of pink undertones.

 

Medium Shade Palette – It is suitable for medium-fair/warm-beige to medium-golden/honey complexions that mean for warm skin tones.

 

Dusky Shade Palette – It is suitable for medium-dark to toffee complexions. It has a neutral pink and a slight yellow undertone.

 

Texture and Finish

MyGlamm Total Makeover FF Cream has a very creamy consistency. It glides very smoothly on the skin and does not give the cakey appearance. It gives a very satiny and lightweight finish and does not feel heavy at all on the face.

Foundation

Placement – All over face and neck

Technique 1

• Moisten your beauty blender.
• Load the product and apply it all over your face.
• To reach smaller areas around eyes and lips, use the pointed tip of beauty blender.
• Build coverage if required.
• Set with transparent powder for a matte finish.

Technique 2

• Use the foundation brush and apply foundation all over the face.
• Stipple and build coverage if required.
• Set with transparent powder.

Orange Corrector

Placement – Any pigmented or dull area on the face, around eyes and lips. The orange corrector gives warmth to the face.

Technique

• Load the product on the concealer brush and stipple gently to deposit and blend.
• Set with transparent powder.

Yellow Corrector

Placement – Up the cheekbones, laugh lines, well of the eyes and centre of the nose bone. Yellow corrector brightens the face.

Technique

• Apply with the concealer brush and blend to fuse it into the foundation.
• Set with transparent powder if required.

My experience with this cream has been wonderful. This product has definitely reduced the consumption of time for doing my makeup. In addition, it has also made my life easier as now I don’t need to carry separate products. Just carry one thing and your life is sorted. This cream glides very easily on my skin and the colour correctors are capable enough to hide my dark circles and acne marks. Even the foundation works effectively in making my pores close to invisible.
