Pearl Eyeflax Jai Kajal comes in a tiny, green coloured plastic container and is provided with a screw cap. It comes encased in a sachet that bears all the product-related details on it. It is so easy to carry this cute, little packaging and it reminds me of my grandmother because she used to have such kind of cute, little kajal container and she always used to apply kajal in her eyes. However, I do feel that the kajal should be provided with an applicator. So, if you are the one who likes old-school packaging or have some memories attached then, you would definitely like this packaging.

My Experience With Pearl Eyeflax Jai Kajal

The kajal is deep black in colour. It has a mild fragrance of camphor that doesn’t stay for long so, it will not bother you at all. The kajal has a smooth, creamy texture and it glides easily on the lower lash line. It is quite pigmented and settles into a creamy-matte finish. You need to apply this kajal with your finger so, make sure that your finger is absolutely clean to avoid any kind of infection in your eyes. You can also apply the kajal with the help of a brush applicator.

Pearl Eyeflax Jai Kajal claims to be an ayurvedic medicine which is 100% safe for babies as well. I have seen many mothers applying kajal to their babies as a small dot on their forehead with an intention to cast off the evil eye. However, it is important to know about the formulation of kajal. Though, I don’t believe in such customs but if you are the one who follows then this kajal would be a good fit for the purpose as it is safe for the babies. Moreover, in hot regions, many men and women apply kajal to protect their eyes from the heat of the sun so, again this kajal being an ayurvedic medicine would be safe for your eyes. It also serves as an eye ointment that offers relief from swelling, redness and irritation.

As shared above, the kajal is an ayurvedic medicine so, I was not expecting it to be smudge-proof and waterproof. So, whenever I am at home and not going to my office or attend any function where I need a smudge-proof formulation, I apply this kajal in my eyes to get the benefits.
