My Experience With Purplle True Jewel 24K Gold Primer

I was quite impressed with the packaging but when I tried to take out the product, I found that the pump was not working. I tried hard but couldn’t take the product out. Somehow, with the help of my fingers, I managed to get the primer. Now, the issue is that the primer has a thick consistency and it doesn’t come out even if you turn the bottle upside down and give a few jerks. I am unable to understand how I will be using this primer. This is the second time that I am struggling with the packaging issue.

Now, let’s talk about the texture of Purplle True Jewel 24K Gold Primer. As shared above, it has a very thick texture. It is transparent and contains a few minute gold particles. You can see these particles in the bottle as it is transparent however, these are very less in number. These particles get dissolved easily during application. The primer has a fragrance similar to chemicals however, it vanishes and doesn’t bother.

Efficacy Of Purplle True Jewel 24K Gold Primer

The primer has an oil-free formula. Even though, it has a thick consistency yet it glides on the face smoothly and gets absorbed very easily. The primer contains silicones so, it has got that slippery feel. It smoothens the skin effectively and feels very light on the skin. It helps in blurring the appearance of pores and fine lines.

Purplle True Jewel 24K Gold Primer has innovative light reflective gold flakes and claims to give a wonderful glow however, I have not noticed any glow on my face. The good part about this primer is that it makes a nice smooth base on which my foundation and other makeup products glide on smoothly and helps in holding the make-up in a better way. Purplle True Jewel 24K Gold Primer keeps makeup look fresh for 3-4 hours.

Overall, Purplle True Jewel 24K Gold Primer performs the function of a basic primer and there is nothing special about it. I was expecting it to make my skin look radiant and luminous as it contains 24k gold dust powder but didn’t get such results.
