The brand Simple is UK’s No.1 Facial Skin Care Brand that offers skincare products specially designed for sensitive skin types. This year Simple is celebrating its first anniversary on Nykaa & India. So, on this occasion, Nykaa has sent me two products from Simple from their #Kindtoskin Range to try out. The two products are – this face wash and Simple Rich Moisture Sheet Mask. In this article, I will be talking about the face wash. Simple Kind To Skin Refreshing Facial Wash comes in a light green coloured translucent tube and is provided with a flip open cap. The cap shuts tightly with a click sound ensuring no product spillage. All the product-related details are mentioned on the tube itself.

My Experience With Simple Kind To Skin Refreshing Facial Wash

The face wash is transparent and has a gel-like texture. As no artificial perfumes and colours are added so, the face wash is odourless and colourless. Another feather in the cap is that it is soap-free so, it doesn’t lather much and you need to work it up with a little water to form a lather. As the face wash doesn’t lather much, it doesn’t mean it is not efficient in doing its job. It effectively and gently removes all the dirt, impurities and excess oil from the skin thereby making it look so clean and radiant.

Another bonus with this product is that it doesn’t make the skin feel dry and stretchy rather it is hydrating and helps in calming down the skin. I believe this is because of the fact that it contains pro-vitamin B5 (panthenol) which is a humectant and has natural moisturising, soothing, healing and regenerating properties. The face wash also contains vitamin E that helps in keeping the skin moisturized. I have sensitive, combination skin and this face wash didn’t give any sort of irritation or cause any redness to my skin so, people with sensitive skin types can easily use it without giving it a second thought.

Overall, I absolutely loved Simple Kind To Skin Refreshing Facial Wash as it is quite gentle on the skin, does its job effectively without making the skin feel dry or stretchy, quite hydrating and makes the skin feel soft and supple. My son who is 14 years old loves to use this face wash and a moisturiser from the same brand as he is a little allergic to fragrances and the products from Simple are fragrance-free so, they don’t cause any sort of discomfort to him.
