Every woman loves the long beautiful hair. Beautiful hair is also considered as a symbol of beauty. However, one of the major problems that we face while growing our hair is split-ends. Due to split-ends, our hair tend to break and look unhealthy and ugly. Therefore, we are left with no other option rather than cutting our hair. To cater to this problem, Alps Goodness has recently launched Split End Control Shampoo. I have used this shampoo 5 times so, let’s see how this shampoo worked for me.

How To Use?

• Wet your hair.
• Take out the required quantity of shampoo in your palm.
• Massage it smoothly on your scalp and across the entire length of your hair twice.
• Let the lather sit for a few minutes.
• Rinse with water.

The shampoo comes in a small, sleek, sturdy transparent plastic bottle with a transparent flip open cap. The cap shuts the bottle tightly to avoid any product spillage. Colour, Consistency & Fragrance

The shampoo is pale yellow in colour and has a consistency which is neither thick nor runny and can be applied easily on the scalp. It has a very mild fragrance of coconut that vanishes after hair wash.

This shampoo contains Garlic that helps in cleaning hair follicles and prevents clogging thus preventing hair loss. Shea butter present in the shampoo also helps in preventing hair loss. Moreover, it moisturizes the hair. We all know the benefits of coconut for our hair. It is being used in hair care since ancient times. Coconut helps in adding shine, luster and softness to the hair and helps in preventing hair breakage and split ends that further leads to hair growth.

My Experience With Alps Goodness Split End Control Shampoo

As per the usage directions, I applied the shampoo on my oiled hair and kept it for a few minutes. The shampoo doesn’t form much lather. I had to apply it twice to remove oil from my hair. As it lathers less so, it is required in more quantity. Post washing, my hair were still not completely free from oil. So, I was getting the feeling that my hair were not properly clean. Though, the shampoo contains coconut, garlic and shea butter but I think these are present in lesser quantity as these are mentioned at the bottom of the ingredients list. However, the shampoo didn’t dry out my hair. As far as its claim of reducing split ends is concerned, I don’t think it can live up to those claims.

Moreover, Alps Goodness Split End Control Shampoo contains paraben and SLES so it is a turn off for me. After using the shampoo twice and not getting the desired results, I will not be able to continue with this shampoo.
