Nykaa has recently launched its new collection of nail lacquers called Nykaa Black To Gold Nail Enamel Collection in 6 different variants. The moment I heard about it, I decided to own my favourite one. I have purchased Nykaa Black To Gold Nail Enamel – Disco Gold 230 and here is its detailed review. Packaging

Nykaa Black To Gold Nail Enamel – Disco Gold comes in a regular rectangular glass bottle with a shiny gold coloured cap. It doesn’t come in any cardboard box packaging. The shade number is mentioned on the top of the cap while the shade name is mentioned on the side of the bottle. The ingredient list is not mentioned on the product however, it is mentioned that it is 5 free nail enamel which means that free of five most harmful chemicals. The expiry date can be seen at the base of the bottle.

My Take On Nykaa Black To Gold Nail Enamel – Disco Gold

The name Disco Gold is so apt for the nail enamel. It is such a stunning shiny blackish colour with nice golden shimmers in it that make your nails look attractive and ready for party night. I absolutely love the shade. I was confused before the purchase as which shade I should go for because generally, the shade shown on the website doesn’t match with the actual shade. However, this shade is exactly the same as shown in the picture on the nykaa’s website.

About Applicator Of Nykaa Black To Gold Nail Enamel – Disco Gold

The applicator provided is wide and offers very easy application. It almost covers the whole nail in one go. The bristles of the brush are quite dense so, the applicator holds the product in a right quantity.

Texture & pigmentation

The nail enamel has a smooth texture and gets applied very easily. It offers nice pigmentation and colour pay off. Two coats of the product are enough to get opaque and streak free finish.

Time Required For Drying

This is the main factor that I always look for as I don’t like waiting for my nail enamel to get dry. I have already used other nail enamels from Nykaa and those get dry super fast. The single coat of the nail Enamel takes 1 minute to dry up whereas the double coat takes 2-3 minutes to get completely dry. So, I am really satisfied with the product.

Staying Power

I applied the nail enamel on my nails two days back and it is still intact on my nails.

Overall, I really liked Disco Gold nail enamel from this collection and would like to try other variants as well. So, I would definitely recommend buying this. Now, hurry up and grab your favourite one and make your tips look stunning!!
