Anyone who loves nail enamels has plenty of them and I am sure that the person is bound to have a few bottles of old and clumpy nail polish. Thickened nail polishes don’t give the kind of finish that we want on our nails. These give smudgy finish or lines on the nails making them look awful. Using a nail polish thinner is one of the ways to get the nail polish in a required consistency. I have a few nail polishes that have got thick so, I was searching for a thinner on nykaa and found this product. So, here is its detailed review.

Packaging

The thinner comes in a transparent glass bottle and is provided with a white screw cap. On the mouth of the bottle is given a hole to dispense the product. However, it would have better if it is provided with a dropper. Nothing much about the product is mentioned on the bottle.

My Experience With Gala Of London Nail Polish Thinner

The thinner is a clear, transparent liquid that has a thin and runny consistency. It has a strong acidic fragrance but once mixed with the nail polish, it reduces significantly.

As per the usage directions, I added a few drops of this thinner to my thickened nail polish bottles, closed the cap and gave them a couple of rolls. The nail polishes that got thickened included some gel, glitter, simple and some 5-free & 9-free nail enamels as well. To my surprise, all the nail enamels were back to a good consistency. They flowed beautifully and were once again nicely brushable. Moreover, the thinner didn’t alter the colour of the nail enamels.

Overall, I really liked this thinner and from now onwards, I do not have to throw away my precious and favourite nail enamels. Moreover, I can add some more into my existing treasure as I have this thinner to keep my nail enamels alive.

Not So Good About Gala Of London Nail Polish Thinner

• Can irritate sensitive skin so, you need to be careful while using it.
